Each product page quotes the specifications the listing publishes, in metric and imperial where the listing gives both: capacities in millilitres and ounces, sizes in centimetres and inches, weights in kilograms and pounds, and some cookware in quarts and cups as published. Where a listing publishes no figure, the page says so rather than estimating one.
The Tritan glassware is priced per glass, so you order the exact number you need. The melamine dinnerware set, the silicone utensil set and the pasta strainer come in a choice of colors at the same price.

Orders ship across Singapore and arrive in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; below that it is a flat $25, shown in the cart before you pay.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed once payment is made, and a second email with a tracking number follows once the parcel has shipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is marked complete and the parcel has been collected. There is no tracking code before that, so there is nothing to send you sooner.
I haven't received my order yet. Is it lost?
Email theteam@kitchenwarehouse.asia with your order number and the team will look into it. Most emails are answered within one business day.
Do you have a store location?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical store or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return anything within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, including if you simply change your mind, as long as it comes back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. On a change-of-mind return you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping.

One glass. The price is per glass and you order the number you need, which is stated beside the price on the product page.
Do you stock spare parts?
No. The sets are sold complete as listed, and individual pieces are not stocked separately.
Which products are dishwasher safe?
Most kitchenware lines here are listed as dishwasher safe. The ceramic cookware set's listing does not say so, and where a listing adds a hand-wash note, the product page says that instead.
Which products are BPA free?

What is Tritan?
Tritan is a clear, BPA-free copolyester used for reusable drinkware. The listing describes it as keeping its clarity and gloss after hundreds of dishwasher cycles, where other clear plastics lose their luster, and as fast replacing polycarbonate for reusable glasses.
Do you sell knives?
Not as a line of their own. The 49 piece flatware set includes table knives and comes with a free fruit knife.
Do you sell bakeware?
No. The closest is the air fryer oven, which bakes.
