Orders of $100 or more ship free with tracked delivery (a flat $25 below that), in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. This is an online only shop: there is no showroom and nothing is collected.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe, and PayPal. Nothing else is taken at this checkout.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
Singapore dollars. Where a shipping charge applies, it is shown in the cart before you pay.
What are the shipping options and how long will it take?
Orders ship across Singapore and arrive in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; below that it is a flat $25, shown in the cart before you pay.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed once payment is made, and a second email with a tracking number follows once the parcel has shipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is marked complete and the parcel has been collected. There is no tracking code before that, so there is nothing to send you sooner.
I haven't received my order yet. Is it lost?
Email theteam@kitchenwarehouse.asia with your order number and the team will look into it. Most emails are answered within one business day.
Do you have a store location?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical store or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return anything within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, including if you simply change your mind, as long as it comes back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. On a change-of-mind return you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping.

Do you sell to businesses or in bulk?
Yes. Send a bulk or wholesale inquiry through the wholesale page with the products and quantities you need, and we will quote it.
Do you sell commercial kitchen equipment?
No. We sell a consumer range: cookware, two countertop appliances, cutting boards, utensils, tableware and glassware. We do not sell, fabricate or install commercial kitchen equipment, and we do not offer kitchen planning or design.
